My 2018 Crypto Goals

2017 was an unforgettable year. I started trading in January 2017 and haven’t looked back since. I’ll never forget this past year. However, it’s time to get serious about my goals for this year. A year from now seems like a lifetime from now because of how fast cryptocurrency moves, but I will try to look forward nonetheless.

This year I want to continue a lot of the practices that I have had success with in the past couple months. For the first 6-9 months of m trading career, I wasn’t great. I made money, but there were a lot of situations that I handled poorly while trading, preventing me from maximizing my profits. Over the past 3 months, I feel that I’ve really perfected my strategies. I want to be sure that I keep evaluating setups with a level head, think with logic and reason, and practice risk management.

I also would like to begin to branch out into the traditional markets. Trading crypto has been fun, but these markets won’t be like this forever. Some day, they are going to settle down and maybe even crash completely. I want to make sure that I am able to translate my skills from crypto to the traditional stock market. If I’m able to do this, I’ve learned a skill that can support me and that is incredibly valuable to me. Being able to trade for a living could enable me to live the lifestyle that I really would love to. I want to be able to support my family, travel as much as I can, and be able to work comfortably from home. Being a trader is a very busy line of work and can be very demanding, but it also allows you a lot of freedom.

Finally, I want to give back. Last year was good to me and this year I want to find ways to give back to my local and global community. I would like to be able to contribute to worthy causes and I promise that when that happens, I will update you all.

I hope that you have enjoyed reading these posts, learned something from the website, or even benefited from some of the public trading that I do. As always, if you have questions for me, please contact me and I will do my best to answer for you.

Thanks

Caleb
